Refund and Cancellation Policy

We strive to ensure that our students have a positive and fulfilling learning experience. Please review our refund and cancellation policies below to understand the terms for course purchases, cancellations, and refunds.

  1. Course Refund Policy
  • Self-Paced Online Courses:
    • Full refunds are available within 7 daysof purchase, provided that the course has not been completed or a portion of the content (more than 10%) has not been accessed.
    • After 7 days or if more than 10% of the course has been accessed, refunds will not be granted.
  • Live Webinars or Instructor-Led Virtual Training:
    • Cancellations made at least 48 hoursbefore the scheduled start time will receive a full refund.
    • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the start time will not be eligible for a refund. However, you may be eligible to reschedule for a future session.
  1. Course Transfer or Substitution Policy
  • If you are unable to complete a course or attend a live webinar, you may transfer your enrollment to another course of equal or lesser value within 30 daysof the original purchase.
  • For live webinars, if you need to change your registration, you must notify us at least 24 hoursin advance to transfer to a different session.
  1. Group Enrollments
  • For group enrollments, refunds are only available for individual participants within the group who meet the refund criteria listed above.
  • Cancellations or transfers of group enrollments must be requested by the group organizer at least 48 hoursbefore the course start date for live webinars or virtual trainings.
  1. Continuing Education (CE) Credits
  • If a course was purchased for the purpose of obtaining CE credits, refunds will not be granted once the credits have been reported to the state or insurance department.
  1. Technical Issues
  • If you experience technical difficulties that prevent you from accessing or completing the course, please contact us within 72 hoursof the issue. We will work to resolve the issue or provide a refund or course transfer as appropriate.
  1. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation
  • To request a refund, course transfer, or cancellation, please contact our support team at Admin@NationalInsuranceInstitute.comwith your order details, reason for the request, and any relevant documentation. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of approval and issued back to the original payment method.
  1. Exceptions
  • In special circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies, deployment), we may provide a refund or course transfer outside the standard policy. Please contact us directly to discuss your situation.
